Brinlez Social
What it does
From the Brinlez studio, our team prepares each post with the client's own photos and videos, sends it to the client for approval through a private link and publishes it at the agreed time through each network's official API: videos on YouTube, photos and text posts on Facebook Pages and photos, carousels, reels and stories on Instagram professional accounts.
How an account is connected
The account holder opens their private link, signs in through each network's official window (Google, Facebook or Instagram) and chooses which account to authorise. Brinlez never sees or stores passwords or verification codes.
Which permissions it requests and why
YouTube: upload the videos the account holder approved and read the channel name to confirm the connection. Facebook: see the Pages the person chose, publish approved content on them and read their basic details to confirm each post. Instagram: read the username and publish approved content. We do not read private messages or comments, do not manage ads and do not sell data.
Approval and control
Nothing is published until a person approves it, and on YouTube the account holder approves every video before it is uploaded. The client can disconnect any account from their private link or in the network itself: for Google, in the account's security settings (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); for Facebook and Instagram, in Settings › Apps and websites.
YouTube and Google data
This service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms); Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Brinlez's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Privacy
What we store, where and for how long is set out in the social media privacy notice (www.brinlez.com/en/privacidad/redes).
Who can use it
